Tip. Foam board is made for indoors. For a sign that goes outside or stays up for months, look at PVC signs or aluminum signs.

Tips for wedding and event boards
- Pick a size that suits the room. A welcome sign at a long entrance looks better at 24×36 in.
- For seating charts, sort names by table or alphabetically, and use a font size guests can read standing up.
- Match your boards to your invitations with the same colors and fonts.

How thick is your foam board?
Our foam board is 3/16 in thick. It's light and rigid, with a smooth printed face.
Will my foam board stand on an easel?
Yes. It stands nicely on a standard easel. We don't sell easels, but most venues and craft stores have them. A poster stand is another option.
Can foam board go outside?
We recommend it for indoor use. For outdoor signs, choose PVC for short-term jobs or aluminum for long-term.
What size is best for a wedding welcome sign?
18×24 in is the most common size. Go up to 24×36 in for a big room, a long entrance or a seating chart with many names.
Can you check my seating chart for errors?
We check every file for print problems like low resolution or text too close to the edge. Please proof names and spelling yourself before you upload.
What if something is wrong with my sign?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or give you store credit.
