•  Professional finishing (no smudges, tears, or defects)

If the print quality falls short, you have options.

What We Offer If There’s a Print Quality Issue

•  Free Reprint (our preferred solution): We’ll reprint and reship a new order at no extra cost.

•  Full Refund: 100% refund (including original shipping) if the booklets can’t be used because of a manufacturing defect.

•  Partial Refund or Discount: A fair discount (usually 20–50%, based on the issue) if the booklets are still usable but not perfect.

What’s Covered

Only manufacturing and print defects, such as:

•  Color problems or fading

•  Smudging or poor resolution

•  Misalignment or crooked pages

•  Finishing issues (e.g., binding problems)

What’s NOT Covered

•  Custom design or content errors (typos, layout mistakes, wrong files you provided)

•  Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

•  Issues caused after you receive the order

Tip: Carefully review the digital proof we send you before approving production. This helps prevent most non-quality issues.

How to Request Help (Easy Steps)

1.  Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

2.  Email support@bklet.com and include:

•  Your order number

•  Clear photos of the issue from multiple angles

•  A short description of the problem

3.  We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and reply with the best solution.

Important Details

•  We may ask you to return the defective booklets (we’ll cover the return shipping cost) before issuing a full refund or reprint.

•  Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve your request.

•  This policy applies to all custom booklets ordered on Bklet.com.
