A banner stand is a tall, free-standing sign that's quick to set up. The graphic rolls out of the base, clips to a pole and rolls back down when the event is over. It's the most common sign at trade shows, conferences, lobbies and church entrances.

Choosing your graphic
On the standard, deluxe and premium stands you can pick a UV printed fabric graphic or a matte vinyl graphic. We recommend fabric for most people.

Optional LED light
The standard, deluxe and premium stands offer an optional LED light to help your graphic stand out. Tension fabric stands offer 2 LED lights.
Double-sided
Deluxe and tension fabric stands can be printed on both sides. Choose this when people walk past from either direction.
Swappable graphics
X-banners make it easy to swap graphics, so one stand can carry a new message for each show.
Tip. Put your logo and main message in the top half of the banner. The bottom third is often hidden behind tables and people. Our trade show sign checklist has more ideas.

What's the difference between a roll up banner and a pull up banner?
Nothing. Roll up, pull up and retractable banner stands are all names for the same thing: a graphic that rolls out of a base and is held up by a pole.
What size retractable banner stand is most common?
33 × 81 in is the most common size and fits most trade show booths. Go wider with 47 × 81 in or a premium stand if you want more presence.
Should I pick fabric or vinyl?
We recommend UV printed fabric for most stands. Matte vinyl is also available on the standard, deluxe and premium stands if you prefer it.
Does the stand come with a case?
The standard retractable stand comes with a travel bag. The premium stand comes with a hard case.
Can I get a discount on several stands?

What if my stand arrives with a problem?
