Is the 12pm cutoff Eastern or Pacific time?
It's 12pm local time at the location your order ships from: 12pm Eastern for Brooklyn and 12pm Pacific for Long Beach. We print at whichever location is closer to you.
Does "next business day" mean it arrives the next day?
No, it means your order ships the next business day. When it arrives depends on the shipping service you choose. UPS® Next Day Air arrives the business day after it ships, and FedEx 2Day® arrives in two business days. The dates above are estimates.
What about weekends and holidays?
We ship Monday through Friday. An order placed after 12pm on Friday, or over the weekend, ships Tuesday. If we're closed for a holiday, the ship date moves to the next business day.
Are there rush fees?
No. Every order gets our fastest turnaround at no extra charge. The only paid upgrade is UPS® Next Day Air shipping.
What can slow my order down?
The most common delay is a file that needs fixing. We'll email you right away if something's off, so reply quickly to keep your ship date. Very large quantities can also need extra production time, and your cart shows this before you pay.
Does the free printed sample video change my ship date?
Yes, by about one business day. If you choose the free printed sample video, we print one real copy of your booklet and send you a video to approve before the full run. The dates above don't include that extra day.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose Local Pickup at checkout for Brooklyn or Long Beach. Your order is ready the next business day, and we'll email you when it's ready. Pickup hours are Mon–Thu 10am–4pm and Fri 10am–12pm.
