Who qualifies for nonprofit pricing?
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the US: charities, churches, schools, community groups and other tax-exempt nonprofits.
How do you verify my organization?
We check the EIN and IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter from your application against the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. If we need anything else, we'll email you.
How do I see my nonprofit prices?
Once you're approved, sign in with the email you applied with. Your nonprofit pricing is applied automatically across the store and at checkout.
Does the discount apply to every product?
Yes, nonprofit pricing is 10% off all products in the store.
Can I use promo codes and quantity discounts too?
Yes. Your 10% nonprofit pricing is applied first, and quantity discounts and eligible promo codes come off on top of that.
Does nonprofit pricing make my order tax-exempt?
No. Nonprofit pricing is a 10% discount and doesn't cover sales tax. Sales tax exemptions are set by each state, and federal 501(c)(3) status doesn't automatically make purchases tax-exempt. If your organization is exempt from sales tax in your state, upload your state exemption certificate on our tax exemption request page and we'll apply it to your account for that state.
How fast will my order arrive?
Order by 12pm and your job ships the next business day. Because we have locations on both the East and West Coast, we can get it to any address in the US super fast. Economy shipping (4–5 business days) is free on every order, and 2-day shipping is free on orders $99+.
